First, about YOU.
When you decide to work with LBB, you become the only client in our world. We get obsessed with your product, your business, and your goals. There's no cookie-cutter process here, no "turnkey solutions" or budget menus. How we partner together is a work of art created just for you, side by side.
LBB origin story
Call it a revelation. LBB was born directly after 9/11, when John Nunziato decided he wanted to build a stronger, smarter, more focused support company. He envisioned a new kind of agency that would focus less on time sheets and more on personal service. LITTLE BIG BRANDS opened in 2001 and quickly gained new clients and industry attention, while adding world-class talent to its roster along the way.
Today, LBB is one of the most well-respected, award-winning independent brand consultancies in the United States. While other agencies talk a good game, few are doing the hard work of high-touch client service. LBB's philosophy is the same today as it was all those years ago: treat our clients as we would ourselves. This is an agency with resilience and tenacity baked right in.
3 Things about us
1. We don’t work for free
Just like any other profession, our company is filled with talented artisans and professionals who have studied and mastered their craft. Our work provides great value for our clients, and we believe that deserves fair compensation.
2. Family first
We love our jobs, but we love our families more. We also believe that spending time away from work and with family and friends makes us all better people and also better at our jobs. That’s why we make employees go home at 5:30 and offer 4-day holiday weekends and a killer vacation policy.
3. No A-Hole policy
We all spend a lot of our lives at work, and quite frankly, we want to work with people we like and respect – that goes for clients and coworkers. Life is too short to work for, or with, A-holes.
