When actress Stephanie Szostak came to us with her latest passion project, we asked, ‘How can we help.’ We started by developing a strategy around the book she had just finished writing – how the concept of creating a ‘life playbook’ to aid in mental fitness could come to life and translate to a lifestyle brand. From there, the Self!sh brand was born. The book launched with national exposure on Good Morning America and The Today Show, People Magazine, and multiple podcasts. Next up will be an APP where people can create their own playbooks to help set their mental mindset for the day or prepare for life’s challenging moments. That’s Self!sh!
